Coriander Pesto
- 80g fresh Coriander
- 1 Clove garlic
- 40ml Macadamia nut butter
- 30ml Nutritional Yeast flakes
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- 40ml Macadamia nut oil
- Himalayan Salt to taste
Blend with a stick blender and enjoy in pastas veggies or as a spread.
